As Pakistan grows as a tourism destination, the abundance of hotels and guest houses is also increasing. Hotels ranges from budget hostels and guest houses to higher end international branded hotels such as Pearl Continental and Marriott. One note for international travellers is that security is very obvious at the larger international hotels. Many budget and mid-range hotels may only welcome male guests (or couples), so single female travellers should always check in advance prior to making any travel plans.
